Refund policy

Returns

We are happy to accept request for returns or exchange within 10 days of the actual purchase. 

Please ensure your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original price tags. Please try it without removing the price tags. Please also keep the original invoice as proof of purchase. 

For discounted items, please check the appropriate policy upon placing the order.

Shipping 

If the product is defective and we accept the returns, we will add Rs. 100 to the refund for shipping charges. 

If it is for exchange, return shipping, re-shipping and tax revisions if any would be borne by the customer.
